Terms of Service

The terms governing your use of VII. Last updated: March 2026.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VII platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using VII on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Service Description

VII provides a video intelligence platform that processes video streams and produces structured analytical output. The service includes APIs, SDKs, web interfaces, and related documentation.

3. Customer Data

You retain all rights to your video data and analysis results. VII processes your data solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership over any customer content or derived intelligence.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VII to violate any laws, infringe on privacy rights, or conduct surveillance that violates applicable regulations. You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents for video monitoring in your jurisdiction.

5. Service Level Agreement

Enterprise customers receive a 99.9% uptime SLA for managed cloud deployments. Self-hosted and on-premise deployments are not covered by our SLA. Details are specified in your enterprise agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

VII provides analysis based on vision language models. Output quality depends on video quality, model capabilities, and configuration. We do not guarantee the accuracy of analysis results. You should not rely on VII output as the sole basis for safety-critical decisions.
